All rooms are available for single occupancy with an additional fee $300 (will be billed separately)

Private Mansion
Daily programming; intention setting, a variety of yoga classes, sound bath healing, chakra meditation, ancient cave meditation, journaling workshops, guided ice bath plunge, gratitude ceremony, lantern wish release, bonfires and more.
12 bedrooms designed with hand carved furniture from India with comfort in mind
Massage Room: We have a great massage therapist!
State of the art hot yoga room: Built in the Chad Clark style with amazing heat and humidity. We are fully stocked with mats, towels, blankets, and blocks.
Hot Tub: Fun all year round especially after our Wim Hoff style Ice baths
Ancient Caves: The famous Indian River Cave is on our property and Whitings Neck Cave is nearby. This is a very special experience to explore and its epic for meditation and mantra chanting.
63 Acres of forest and fields with trails: Exploring the land is so healing and important to our well being.
Potomac River Access: The sweeping views of the river are spectacular. With a light hike, you can head down to the river for kayaking or swimming as well. The more adventurous can kayak across to the C & O canal.
Vegetarian Kitchen: Our chefs care deeply about making delicious, nourishing, healthy meals to support your experience!
Bon Fire Area: Roast marshmallows, tell stories, and star gaze in the vast open sky
Just 90 Miles from Washington DC: Conveniently located far enough from the city but accessible for a short trip. Fly into Dulles, BWI, or Reagan National and you can be on site in about 90 minutes.
