Why Work with us?
Immigration evaluations require more than clinical knowledge alone. They require an understanding of trauma, family systems, culture, identity, loss, and the realities of navigating life between countries, communities, and legal systems.
Oak Tree Counseling and Wellness was founded by a first-generation Egyptian American therapist and trauma specialist with more than 20 years of clinical experience; Oak Tree Counseling & Wellness brings both professional expertise and cross-cultural understanding to the evaluation process. We have specific specialty in Middle East, MENA region, Desi community, and Latin American communities impacted by trauma and psychological hardship.
We bring extensive experience working at the intersection of trauma, culture, identity, and international communities.
Our founder has worked with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, consulted across educational, government, healthcare, and international settings, and understands that immigration concerns often carry emotional, family, and cultural consequences that extend far beyond the legal process.
Our goal is to provide thoughtful, comprehensive evaluations that help attorneys, courts, and decision-makers understand the human impact behind the case.
