Navigating Culture & Change

Between Cultures

Navigating Identity & Life’s Shifts.

The best way you get results is a true connection.

If you feel stuck, misunderstood, have seen a therapist before but they did not get you, or fear going to therapy because you will be mislabeled, schedule a free 15-minute consultation now.

Working with us you will piece together your mosaic.

If you are bi-cultural, first generation, immigrant parents, struggling with identity, trauma, grief, relationships, depression & anxiety or generational issues, this is the right fit.

I am tired of therapists telling clients they need to go no contact, labeling everyone a narcissist and telling every bi-cultural client they are codependent.

There may be some elements of this absolutely, but it is not the whole picture and can feel defeating.

All areas of our lives are connected. Right brain and left-brain healing is my mission. I believe we must unlock our nervous system to move forward. We must look at ourselves as a whole story of geography, mind, body and soul.

We offer culturally understanding support

Cultural expectations, survival strategies, and generational burdens that shape how we love, relate, and see ourselves. That’s why my work is rooted in a decolonized, anti-oppressive, and relational approach—because healing isn’t just personal, it’s also collective and political.

What Therapy with Us Feels Like

Our sessions are a space where you can be fully seen and deeply heard. Our therapists bring warmth, curiosity, and compassion while honoring your story and your pace. Together, we’ll explore:

  • Systemic oppression & racial stress

  • Intergenerational & relational trauma

  • Cultural identity, belonging & self-acceptance

  • Family dynamics, boundaries & caregiving roles

  • Anxiety, burnout & emotional exhaustion

  • Resilience, rest & reclaiming your voice
