Bio
Jenna approaches therapy with curiosity, warmth, and a strong belief that healing is deeply personal and rarely linear. Her work is grounded in a psychodynamic perspective, with particular interest in how early relationships, attachment experiences, and emotional patterns continue to shape present-day life.
She values creating a collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel safe exploring both the spoken and unspoken parts of their experiences.
Jenna also recognizes the important connection between emotional and physical experience, integrating approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support both deeper insight and practical coping tools.
Prior to pursuing clinical work, Jenna served in the military, an experience that shaped her understanding of resilience, identity, transition, and the importance of trust within helping relationships. Her approach is thoughtful, grounded, and culturally attuned, with a focus on helping clients build greater self-awareness, agency, and connection in their lives.
Jenna is currently completing her graduate clinical training under supervision.
