  • Our main office is located in Falls Church, Virginia. We offer virtual therapy sessions throughout Virginia, District of Columbia, & Maryland

  • In person therapy is available in our Falls Church, Va office.

    Virtual therapy is also available for convenience. Many of our clients work with us virtually from the comfort of their home or office.

  • We believe the relationship between therapist and client matters deeply.

    During the consultation process, we take time to understand what brings you in, what type of support feels most helpful, and which clinician may be the best fit for your needs, personality, and goals.

    If we do not believe we are the right fit, we will do our best to help guide you toward appropriate support.

  • Fees vary depending on the clinician, service, and level of support.

    Associate clinicians: starting at $125/session
    Senior clinicians: starting at $175/session

    Specialized services including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, immigration evaluations, workshops, and intensives are priced separately based on the level of care involved.

    We are primarily a private pay practice, which allows for greater flexibility, privacy, individualized treatment, and depth of care.

    Some services may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement, and many clients utilize HSA or FSA benefits.

  • We offer a complimentary consultation to help you explore what you are looking for and determine the best next step.

    This is not a formal therapy session. It is a chance for us to briefly connect, answer questions, understand what is bringing you in, and guide you toward the right level of care and support.

  • Therapy looks different for everyone. Some clients come in for support around a specific life transition or challenge, while others choose to engage in longer-term work focused on deeper healing, grief, relational patterns, trauma, or personal growth.

    Our goal is not to keep people in therapy forever, but to provide meaningful support that creates lasting and sustainable change.

  • Oak Tree Counseling & Wellness is primarily a private pay practice. This allows our clients greater flexibility, privacy, and individualized care without many of the limitations often associated with insurance-based treatment.

    Rather than focusing on volume, we prioritize meaningful therapeutic relationships and personalized treatment tailored to each client's unique needs.

    While most of our services are private pay, some clinicians accept a limited number of insurance plans. We also provide monthly superbills for clients seeking out-of-network reimbursement.

    Our team is happy to help you determine whether you can use your insurance benefits, FSA, or HSA funds, and can assist with submitting out-of-network claims when applicable.

  • Yes. We offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for appropriate clients through a structured process that includes preparation, dosing sessions, and integration support.

    Our approach combines clinical care, nervous system awareness, and relational support to help clients move beyond insight alone toward deeper healing and meaningful change.

  • We currently offer virtual therapy services in Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, and Ohio.
