My approach
Sometimes strength becomes a habit.
You learn to keep going, take care of everyone else, and carry difficult experiences without ever having space to process your own.
Whether you've served in the military, work in a high-pressure environment, or simply feel exhausted from always being the dependable one, therapy can become a place where you no longer have to carry everything alone.
I believe healing happens through genuine human connection, curiosity, and practical support. Together we'll create a space where you can better understand yourself, regulate your nervous system, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
